These services incorporate Christian principles, biblical teachings, and spiritual practices as
part of a holistic approach to personal and leadership development.
- 3. Client Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your actions, decisions, and choices during or after
participating in our services. Son Room Global and its representatives are not liable for the
outcomes of your decisions. - 4. Payment and Refund Policy
- All services must be paid in full before sessions begin unless otherwise agreed.
- Refunds are not offered for services already delivered.
- If you cancel or reschedule an appointment, notice must be provided at least 24 hours in
advance to avoid being charged for the session. - If Son Room Global is unable to deliver a service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g.,
illness, technical failure), we will reschedule at no additional cost.
- 5. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of all clients within ethical and legal limits. However,
exceptions include:
- Duty to Warn: If you are at risk of harming yourself or others.
- Legal Mandates: When disclosure is required by law or court order.
- 6. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and insights shared through Son Room Global’s coaching,
consultations, workshops, or training are the exclusive property of Son Room Global.
- Usage Restrictions: Materials are for personal use only. You may not reproduce, share, sell,
or modify any content without prior written permission. - Third-Party Materials: Any third-party resources referenced remain the property of their
owners.
- 7. Disclaimers
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Services
integrate Christian teachings and spiritual practices. Participation is voluntary. Our services
are not substitutes for professional counseling, financial advice, or medical treatment. - 8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Son Room Global and its representatives are not
liable for any:
- Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
